The Mountain View School District Human Resources Department is committed to providing employees with comprehensive services by competent staff who provide the following services to employees:

The Mountain View School District, is comprised of an exceptional community of staff and faculty. Our district employs more than 150 individuals representing teachers and other professionals such as counselors, psychologists and nurses; supportive staff such as paraprofessionals, staff nurses, secretaries, technicians, maintenance and custodians, food service and monitors; as well as district and building-level administrators.
